Nothing beyond that is collected here — no payment details, no ID scans, no history kept beyond what's needed to confirm your table.
Booking Details
Name and phone, kept ninety days after your visit.
Kept only until you ask us to remove it.
How Long We Keep It

- Booking names and phone numbers are kept for ninety days after your visit, then removed.
- Any email you send is kept only until you ask us to delete it.
